Job Details
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a project manager. Project manager’s responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, managing and motivating team members. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects and give a presentation to clients when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
- Oversee all the technical aspects of the project.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinator with other departments such as QA/testing, design, business, product as and when required.
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Ensure a smooth, successful delivery for projects within project scope.
- Regular communication with clients that you are handling.
- Set a demo and give presentations to the client when it's required.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong leadership and Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to prepare project estimations and complete the project within budget.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete the project in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
- Technical experience in solution design & development like Specialities: Frontend - ReactJS/VueJS ; Backend - PHP/Laravel/Node JS is plus.
- Possessing a high-level understanding of computer programming languages is plus.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is plus.
- Knowledge of any project management tool is plus
